That continuity is the point. The same team that poured the foundations has serviced the property annually — in some years twice — for eighteen years. It was built with durable materials chosen for salt air rather than for the photograph, and it has been renovated to standard rather than patched. The pool runs lengthways through the centre of the plot rather than off to one side — so it is visible from almost everywhere, and reachable from almost everywhere. Natai has no commercial strip, no jet-skis, and no crowds — only a handful of private residences along eight kilometres of sand, thirty-five minutes north of Phuket International Airport. Properties with this frontage on this beach come to market rarely.
